NON-LUBRICATED Lift & Turn valves.
Even if it is a Metal seat type, lubricant is not necessary to operate the valve.
This kind of valve is usually requested harsh applications in the chemical & petrochemical industry and also as good alternative for replacing valves with sticking problems or leaking fast due to the severe applications. The key of its success is the special design “Lift & Turn” to operate the valves.
Valve opening is done turning the hand wheel to lift the plug and separate the sealed surface, then turning the lever by 90 degree to connect the plug hole with the valve body hole. Valve closing is done in reverse way.
